Tap dance instruction via professional contemporary and historical performing artists has earned Tapology a name for quality workshops, historical education and concert performances since the first Mid-Michigan festival in 2001. In addition, Tapology has become known as the dance instruction event where everyone is welcome, from beginners to seniors, and all in between. Instructors teach on all levels, giving every participant an even chance at professional development. Employing an even mix of dance legends and contemporary rising stars, attendance at the Tapology festival provides excellent training and inspiration for the individual who loves to dance and to tap, in particular.
