Tap Competition 2008 takes center stage with two "Best in Show" awards for Junior and Senior competitors. Every dancer and every group gets a true shot at the winners circle!
And what a circle it's going to be with
Two Grand Prize Winners of $500 each!
The 2 top prizes will be awarded to:
Best In Show Senior Competitor and Best in Show Junior Competitor.
Winners will be announced at the beginning of the 6 PM Tapology Concert on Sunday, October 27th at Whiting Auditorium.
Best Performance in each category will receive trophies and prizes. Certificates of participation go to every performer.

Performance Guidelines
All participants must be registered for the festival.
Limited entry! Acceptance to compete in the Tap Olympic will be on a first come first served basis.
Performances will be judged on choreography, technique, staging, showmanship, costumes, and originality.
Performance must be limited to 3 minutes or less.
All music must be submitted on ONE CD. Each CD and case must be labeled with:
Studio Name
Teacher Name
Number of each Track
Title of Each Track - Exactly as Registered
Music must be received by the Tap Olympic Committee no later than
Friday, October 24 th
No Exceptions!
All instructors are prohibited from wings. Reserved seating will be available in 1st three rows, or you may remain backstage in holding room only. NO EXCEPTIONS!
