Tapology: The study of tap dance, its history and its impact on contemporary life, art and entertainment.

Tapologist: A master tap dancer, who contributes to the future of Tap Dance as an art form, setting an example by maintaining performance excellence, and educating the public about the rich history and culture of the dance.
